Naveen Krishna is a Ph.D. student at the  Centre for Urban Science and Engineering (CUSE), Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, India. His doctoral research work  deals with public healthcare access and it’s challenges on overall health equity in the Indian context. He holds a masters’ degree in Industrial Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Trichy (NIT TRICHY). He completed his Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad.  He is an academician by profession.

  Prior to joining Ph.D., he served as a faculty member at Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies, R K Valley (RGUKT R K Valley). His doctoral research focuses on improving healthcare access of low-income neighbourhoods in urban areas using integrated assessment models. His research work  majorly revolves around the healthcare access, choice behaviour, spatial analysis and optimization of healthcare facilities. His thesis work involves various statistical modelling techniques and some qualitative analysis.
